SINOPSIS:
Dos chicas americanas que viajan a través de Europa tendrán una avería en el coche en mitad de unos bosques en Alemania. Buscando ayuda llegarán a una casa aislada y al día siguiente despertarán atrapadas en un tétrico sótano de un hospital junto a un hombre japonés.

Poco después descubrirán que un alemán de avanzada edad que anteriormente era un cirujano especializado en separar a gemelos siameses. Sin embargo, para ellos tiene otro plan... a ellos quiere unirlos en una terrible operación.
